	Enhancing capacity of branch civil society associations as a perspective of improving interaction between government and business in Ukraine Prepared by BRAAC experts Mykola PUGACHOV and Tetyana LUZHANSKA. This paper is dedicated to the issue of improving relations between the state, business and civil society with a view to build partnership that would underlie more effective social and economic reforms in Ukraine. The paper emphasizes the need to modernize the development of branch civil society associations. The paper tends to analyze the legal basis for the operation of NGOs, interaction in practice between government bodies and branch civil society associations. For the first time a study of the effectiveness of joint actions of government and business in regulating situation on markets was undertaken.
